\n \nKey Responsibilities

- Administer health, welfare, retirement, and leave-of-absence programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and an exceptional employee experience. \n
- Serve as the primary resource for employees regarding benefits, retirement plans, leave programs, and related questions. \n
- Partner with Human Resources leadership to evaluate, recommend, and implement enhancements to benefits strategies, plan design, and employee offerings. \n
- Manage compliance with applicable federal and state regulations, including leave administration, benefits reporting, and required documentation. \n
- Analyze benefits data, costs, and utilization trends to identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiencies, and program enhancements. \n
