Accounts Payable Specialists

Responsibilities Process a high volume of invoices accurately and in a timely manner, including coding and matching Review, verify, and enter invoices into the accounting system Set up and maintain vendor accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies, payment inquiries, and missing documentation Perform three‑way matching (invoice, PO, receipt) when applicable Assist with vendor statement reconciliations and issue resolution Support month‑end closing activities, including accruals and reporting Maintain organized records of all accounts payable transactions and documentation Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls Requirements 2+ years of accounts payable experience Experience processing invoices in a high‑volume environment Experience with vendor setup and maintenance Hands‑on experience with Oracle (or similar ERP system) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic functions preferred) Strong communication and organizational skills Compensation and Benefits The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable.
