Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Better Mindset Counseling, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities, ensuring a solid foundation for client healing and resilience.

• Implementing specific therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy based on clients' unique circumstances.

• Developing and executing personalized treatment plans by setting clear goals, interventions, and checking in on clients' progress regularly.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and coordinated care for our clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
