Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial intake assessments and ongoing evaluations to understand each patient's distinct mental health needs, cultural background, and personal experiences.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, group therapy, and family counseling, encouraging patients to explore their mental health concerns in a safe and supportive environment.

• Lead crisis intervention efforts when necessary, providing immediate support to individuals dealing with acute mental health challenges.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment strategies, and resources within the community that can aid in their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited educational institution.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
