Key Responsibilities\n

Your role will involve a diverse array of responsibilities aimed at providing exceptional mental health care.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health conditions, crafting individualized treatment plans that cater to their unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• A current independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• Completion of a master's degree or doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Awareness and sensitivity to cultural differences, ensuring effective engagement with a broad and diverse clientele.

• Strong organizational abilities and time-management skills to maintain accurate and timely documentation and case records.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in community mental health settings, particularly in managing diverse cases, is highly desirable. Familiarity with various therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care, will further enhance your ability to provide effective therapy.
