Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will allow you to work with a diverse patient population, emphasizing inclusivity and representation in therapy. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist in the state of Texas.

• Strong foundation in mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies, along with a commitment to cultural competence in therapeutic practices.

• Experience in providing individual and group therapy, with a focus on inclusive and culturally responsive techniques.

• Excellent crisis intervention skills, maintaining poise and professionalism in high-pressure situations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a noteworthy ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and the ability to navigate computer applications effectively.

• A commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and the maintenance of necessary boundaries within therapeutic relationships.

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to patient-focused outcomes.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
