Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing strong therapeutic relationships guided by professional ethics and clinical boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, address concerns, and facilitate the process of discharge planning when appropriate.

• Design, implement, and oversee individualized treatment programs in collaboration with clients to ensure their specific therapeutic needs are met.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation for each client, including thorough progress notes and treatment plans.
\n
• Carry out comprehensive intake evaluations to determine the appropriate level of care and treatment strategies.
\n
• Participate in weekly individual supervision sessions to reflect on clinical practice and professional development.
\n
• Encourage collaborative care by working closely with other healthcare providers to ensure integrated treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes individuals across a wide age range, from children and adolescents to adults and families facing varied mental health challenges. As an LPC at our facility, you will have the opportunity to work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and other psychological concerns, with a focus on preventative care and holistic healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• A current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
\n
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience within an outpatient setting.
\n
• Proficient in using technology for clinical documentation, including experience with Excel spreadsheets and RMS systems.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to provide direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, effectively addressing diverse mental health needs.

• Comfortable conducting intake assessments and managing client evaluations.
\n
