Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will predominantly work with adult clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from a regionally accredited university.

• An active, unrestricted license to practice as a mental health professional (e.g., LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).

• At least two years of direct clinical experience providing psychotherapy to adult populations.

• Demonstrated proficiency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices.

• Exceptional written communication skills for effective documentation of therapy sessions.

• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions issued by any licensing board.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
