Recruitment Coordinator (Hybrid) | Acton, MA Compensation: Up to $75/hour DOE We are hiring a Temporary Recruitment Coordinator to support a high-performing Executive Search team in Acton, MA (hybrid: ~3 days onsite). This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or talent operations who thrive in fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities Coordinate high-volume interview scheduling across multiple time zones and stakeholders Manage logistics for phone screens, panel interviews, and executive-level hiring Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience Communicate updates, confirmations, and changes quickly and professionally Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and executives to align schedules and priorities Maintain accurate data in ATS/CRM systems and track candidate activity Support onboarding logistics and assist with administrative tasks (reports, presentations, document proofreading) Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) preferred Employee Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plans Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Commuter/Parking Accounts People Perks Health Savings Account (HSA) AD & D Insurance Join a collaborative team and help deliver a seamless, high-touch hiring experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
