Safety Coordinator

Role Description Comply with corporate safety standards, effectively implement safety directives, and ensures all safety programs, practices, and procedures implemented are followed to aligned to meet and exceed state, federal and local regulations, which are designed to protect the human, financial, and physical assets of the company; creates a company-wide safety culture through safety training and ensure and manage all risk of the Company’s safety & compliance activities including but not limited to DOT regulation. Qualifications 2-3 years of experience preferred Knowledge of D.O.T as well as federal, state, and local regulations Verbal and written communication skills Interpersonal/human relations skills Planning/organizational skills and attention to details Ability to design, implement, and control safety programs Ability to conduct safety inspections of equipment (tractor, trailer, container, chassis, and etc.) is plus #J-18808-Ljbffr P.B.
