Strategic Finance Lead: Growth & Capital Strategy

Iru is seeking a Strategic Finance Lead to shape financial strategy and support growth. This is not a traditional FP&A role. You will translate complex financial information into clear recommendations for senior leadership, the Board, and prospective investors, and own modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and capital structure analysis. Collaborate with executives to build investor-ready materials and scenarios, drive thoughtful capital decisions, and strengthen the finance function. #J-18808-Ljbffr Iru
