Locate.ai is the first vertical AI leasing solution in commercial real estate, a $100B industry stuck in the past. We use location data and AI to help national consumer brands find and lease their next location.
Today, 150+ brands including F45, Gold's Gym, bb.q, and Sur La Table rely on Locate.ai to open successful new stores. Founded by Stanford engineers and backed by top VCs (Pear, Slow, 8VC, Techstars), we're building the AI-native brokerage of the modern era.
As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in managing the middle and bottom of the funnel. You will run discovery meetings, presentations, demos, and run a consultative sales process. This is a quota-carrying closing role for someone who thrives on nurturing and closing deals.

- Qualify pipeline
- Run discovery
- Demonstrate Locate's value
- Drive deals to close
- Forecast & CRM
- Relay customer feedback
You will work closely with:
- Founder/CEO, Sales, Marketing, Product, & Operations
You're a fit if you have:
- 2+ years of closing sales experience in B2B, SaaS, data, and/or real estate.
- A track record of taking qualified opportunities to signed business.
- Excellent communication & people skills -- both verbal and written
- Strong discovery and consultative selling skills
- Disciplined CRM practices
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across deals
