Solutions Engineer I - AI-Driven SaaS & Demo Expert
The Box
Box is seeking a Solutions Engineer in the Chicago area to partner with Sales and Product, design customer-centric solutions, and lead technical discussions with executives and IT teams. You will demo Box AI, APIs, and platform capabilities, becoming a domain expert and voice of the customer for product feedback. Ideal candidates have a 4-year degree, 1+ years in SaaS/ECM, and strong fluency with AI concepts, APIs, and web technologies.
