Senior Associate, Client Coverage Compensation

Client: Leading Global Asset Management Firm Role: Production Compensation Analyst (Finance) Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 base + bonus Location: New York, NY (Hybrid - 3 days in office) Job Description The Production Compensation Analyst will support the end-to-end sales compensation process for Institutional and Intermediary teams. Responsibilities include calculating and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual commission payouts; analyzing compensation variances; preparing reporting and forecasts for senior management; and recording compensation-related expenses. This role partners closely with Payroll, HCM, Technology, and Coverage Management to ensure accurate execution and continuous process improvement. Qualifications 4-6 years of accounting or financial analysis experience. Prior exposure to commission-based compensation. Advanced Excel skills.
