Shipping Clerks are responsible for shipping all outgoing materials. This is a second shift position with typical hours of 3:00 pm- 12:00 am.

Primary functions include, but not limited to:

• Shipping all outgoing items from the plant, packed in proper containers
• Forklift driving
• Safety and good housekeeping
• Assist in other department activities as required by supervision

Environment/ Physical Demands

• Requires standing and walking for extended periods of time.
• Requires frequent squatting, bending, stooping, sitting, and stretching.
• Requires occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds of boxes and other equipment/materials.
• Requires correctable vision to be within the normal range for visual inspection of parts.
• Requires working in areas that are not ventilated or air-conditioned.
• Requires eye-hand coordination sufficient to operate machinery.
• Requires full range of body motion, including handling and lifting, manual and finger dexterity, and eye-hand coordination.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of experience
