Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or debilitating conditions to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic techniques—including exercise, manual therapy, and assistive devices—to alleviate pain, improve movement, and enhance overall patient performance.
• Document and track patient progress meticulously, assessing responses and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about self-care techniques, home exercise programs, and the proper use of assistive devices to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and ensure comprehensive treatment that meets each patient's unique needs.
• Stay current with industry best practices by attending workshops, reviewing literature, and engaging in continuous learning opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this position will be on an outpatient population, consisting of individuals recovering from various physical impairments. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required. A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
