Your commission is paid per closed deal. Stack enough accounts and this is a serious income stream.
$22/hr
BASE + COMMISSION
Guaranteed hourly base while you're in the field. Commission stacks on top every time you close.
One restaurant can be worth multiple contracts per year. Recurring accounts = recurring commission.

EARNING CEILING
No quota cap. No commission ceiling. we want you to have a relaxing work place too.
- Prospect and cold-visit restaurants, hotels, and commercial kitchens in DFW
- Present NDVH's services and compliance value to decision-makers
- Close service contracts and collect deposit agreements
- Build and manage a pipeline of recurring accounts
- Follow up with leads and convert warm prospects
- Report daily activity to owner — simple, no micromanagement
- Represent the brand with professionalism on every call and visit
What You Need
- Proven ability to sell face-to-face — B2B preferred
- Comfortable walking into any business and asking for the decision-maker
- Self-motivated — you set your own pace and own your results
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and follow-up habits
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus in DFW market
- Prior restaurant/food service industry knowledge is a bonus
