Aerospace Quality Manager

Title Quality Manager Reports To VP of Engineering and Quality Location Kent, WA – onsite Type Exempt, Full-Time Schedule Monday – Friday day shift; occasional off‑shift work when needed. Compensation Salary Range: $100,000 – $138,000. Total compensation includes benefits and performance incentives. The position involves managing staff and responsibilities related to the maintenance and management of Hytek's QMS as it pertains to AS9100, Nadcap, FAA Repair Station, and OEM approvals. Key responsibilities include establishing and modifying quality methods and procedures, maintaining documentation, and ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of department activities. The manager selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure efficient operation of job duties. The role is a key development position for promotion to a senior leadership role within the company.
