Compliance Coordinator

Supporting the Compliance Office initiatives, the full-time remote Sr Coordinator-Compliance Office will assist with compliance activities, risk assessments, and audit requests while maintaining departmental documentation and communication with senior management. Key responsibilities Assist with the Compliance Risk Assessment and Work Plan process, obtaining status updates and closing out action items Support third-party risk management initiatives and coordinate client and regulatory audit requests Maintain departmental logs, procedures, and files while preparing agendas and minutes for meetings as directed by senior management Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in English, History, Political Science, or equivalent required 1 year of experience in regulatory compliance or a legal department preferred Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel; knowledge of SharePoint preferred Paralegal or legal secretary/assistant certificate preferred Effective written communication skills
