Location: Raleigh, NC Start Date: ASAP Duration: 3–6 months with possibility to convert (Contract-to-Hire) Compensation Range: $30-44/hour W2 Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, 401K Must be authorized to work in the U.S. This position is not eligible for sponsorship.
Job Description: Seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple business functions, with a strong focus on technical and software engineering talent acquisition.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across corporate, technical, operations, sales, marketing, finance, HR, and leadership roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies
- Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Drive candidate engagement and deliver a positive candidate experience
- Manage offer negotiations and assist with onboarding activities
- Track recruiting metrics and provide updates to stakeholders
- Manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
Minimum Requirements:
- 5–7 years of recruiting experience with a strong agency recruiting background and corporate recruiting experience
- Proven success recruiting across diverse functions and levels
- Strong experience recruiting technical and software engineering talent
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills
- Experience using ATS platforms and recruiting tools
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to maintain an average time-to-fill of 39 days or better
- Strong attention to detail while working with urgency
- Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and self-motivation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting high-growth organizations
- Experience recruiting for leadership-level positions
- Prior contract-to-hire recruiting experience
