Job Title: Contract Recruiter (High-Volume portfolio of entry level hourly Manufacturing Hiring) Location: Richmond, VA 23230 (Onsite) Duration: 6 Months Pay Rate: $50.00 - $55.00/hr (W2 – No benefits) Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Seeking a recruiter with 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume hourly manufacturing hiring. Responsibilities include managing requisitions, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, onboarding support, and partnering with hiring managers and the MSP. Must have ATS/MS Office proficiency, strong communication, organizational skills, recruiting metrics reporting, and knowledge of recruiting compliance. Integration International Inc
