\n \nJob Description
\nWe are looking for a Senior HR Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across Finance, Accounting, Audit, Legal, and other corporate/staff functions.
\n \nKey Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer. \n
- Handle 15–17 requisitions simultaneously. \n
- Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn and other channels. \n
- Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders. \n
- Build strong candidate pipelines and deliver qualified talent. \n
- Manage interviews, candidate communication, and hiring workflows. \n
- Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate ATS records. \n
Requirements:
\n- \n
- 5+ years of recruiting experience \n
- Strong sourcing and full-cycle recruiting background. \n
- Experience recruiting for Finance, Accounting, Audit, Legal, or corporate functions. \n
- Proven high-volume recruiting/hiring results. \n
- Strong stakeholder management skills. \n
- Workday or similar ATS experience preferred. \n
- Agency recruiting experience is welcome. \n
