Senior Marketing Manager, Communications & Enablement

The Sr. Marketing Manager, Communications & Enablement serves as a strategic communications and enablement leader responsible for driving executive alignment, commercial enablement, organizational adoption and business transformation across the Performance Coatings Group. This role partners closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop communication and engagement strategies that accelerate business priorities, strengthen stakeholder alignment and drive measurable business outcomes. This role leads executive communications, change management, commercial enablement, and stakeholder engagement initiatives that support growth, transformation, and organizational effectiveness. The position plays a critical role in translating strategy into action by developing communication programs that drive awareness, readiness, adoption, and measurable business impact across a complex, matrixed organization. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, executive influence, change leadership, commercial acumen, and analytical rigor to develop and execute communication and engagement strategies that enhance organizational alignment, support transformation initiatives, strengthen brand reputation, and deliver business value. Additional Details: This position requires up to 20% travel. This role is not remote/hybrid.
