IT Specialist (SYSADMIN/CUSTSPT)
The duties and responsibilities for a IT Specialist (SYSADMIN/CUSTSPT) GS-2210-12 generally include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Maintains enterprise electronic information services, data repositories, electronic records systems, and information management tools.
- Provides technical and program management advice to leadership on litigation technology capabilities and mission requirements.
- Manages and maintain electronic data and information resources in accordance with established policies and requirements
- Coordinates with technical teams, customers, stakeholders, and leadership to resolve issues.
- Performs user account administration, system updates, routine maintenance, and system performance monitoring.
