Field Account Executive Ii
Are you a driven sales professional looking to grow your career in B2B technology sales? Kinetic is seeking a Field Account Executive II to drive business growth within our local communities. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to small and midsize businesses, providing industry-leading Kinetic products and services.

Prospect Engagement: Actively engage with prospective business clients daily to build rapport and generate new sales within your assigned market.
Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted advisor, nurturing long-term relationships and delivering tailored solutions to meet specific business needs.
Sales Performance: Excel in a high-energy, performance-driven environment where exceptional customer service leads to high volume results.
Territory Growth: Manage a designated territory, utilizing provided leads and self-prospecting techniques to hit monthly targets.
Competitive base salary plus monthly uncapped commissions. Comprehensive training: A structured program designed to turn high-potential individuals into B2B sales experts. Self-motivation: A strong "hunter" mentality with a focus on closing deals and building a professional network. Core skills: Exceptional communication, time management, and presentation skills are essential for engaging business owners. Experience: 24 years of professional experience (sales experience is a significant plus, but we prioritize a passion for relationship building and results). Education: College degree or equivalent professional-level experience (6+ years) required. Drivers license and reliable transportation.
