We are seeking a Temporary HR Generalist for our Mt. Laurel client.  
Assignment expected to last 3-6 months.  Schedule will be hybrid after training.  Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.
Hourly rate- $25.00-$30.00 (BOE)

Position Summary
Temporary HR Generalist to support a wide range of human resources activities across U.S. and international operations. This role will assist with recruiting, employee administration, onboarding, HR compliance, policy administration, benefits support, and employee communications. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of HR experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle recruiting activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
• Support HR administration, employee records management, and HRIS data maintenance.
• Assist employees and managers with HR-related questions and day-to-day support.
• Prepare employment documents, offer letters, and other HR communications.
• Support benefits administration, compliance activities, and HR reporting.
• Assist with international recruiting and employee support activities in partnership with local management and external providers.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, offboarding, and orientation activities.
• Help maintain HR policies, procedures, and personnel files.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 2-5 years of Human Resources experience in a Generalist, HR Coordinator, or similar role.
• Experience supporting recruiting and talent acquisition activities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Experience supporting multi-state or international workforces is a plus.
• Manufacturing, engineering, or technical industry experience is a plus.
• Exposure to international HR practices, recruiting, or employee administration.
• Experience with Paylocity or similar HRIS platforms.
