Full Charge Bookkeeper

We’re working with our client, an established, locally operated company looking for a hands-on accounting professional who is comfortable wearing multiple hats. This isn’t a highly segmented corporate accounting role—you’ll have visibility across the business and ownership of a broad mix of accounting and administrative responsibilities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a smaller, blue-collar environment, likes variety in their day, and wants to be a trusted resource to company leadership. What You’ll Do Handle day-to-day accounting for two business entities Complete account and bank reconciliations Manage accounts receivable and help maintain accurate customer balances Process payroll and related payroll responsibilities Calculate and track commissions Assist with inventory accounting and reconciliation Prepare recurring financial and management reports Coordinate annual 1099 reporting Handle general HR and employee-related administrative responsibilities Help maintain accurate financial records and identify issues that need attention Jump into additional accounting and operational projects as needed What They’re Looking For Well-rounded accounting experience with the ability to independently manage day-to-day responsibilities Experience with reconciliations, AR, payroll, and financial reporting Comfortable working in a small-business environment where responsibilities can extend beyond a traditional accounting job description Organized, dependable, and able to manage competing priorities Comfortable working closely with company leadership and employees throughout the organization Experience with QuickBooks Online preferred Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus The Environment This is a 100% in-office position with a close-knit team. The environment is practical, hands-on, and blue-collar, so this role will be best suited for someone who enjoys working with people at all levels and doesn't need a highly corporate setting.
