Experienced Service BDC Representative Location: Huntersville, NC
Are you a customer service professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Keffer Mazda is looking for an Experienced Service BDC Representative to join our award-winning team. If you're energetic, organized, and passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you! As the voice of our Service Department, you'll be responsible for building relationships with customers, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects the Keffer Mazda commitment to excellence.
What You'll Do
- Answer inbound service calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Schedule and confirm service appointments.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers regarding recommended maintenance and declined services.
- Contact customers regarding recalls, maintenance reminders, and retention campaigns.
- Respond promptly to internet leads, text messages, and email inquiries.
- Work closely with Service Advisors and the Service Manager to maximize shop productivity.
- Maintain accurate customer information in the dealership CRM.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and performance goals.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every interaction.
- Previous automotive Service BDC or dealership service experience is required.
- Strong communication and phone skills.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and dealership software.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
