Sr. Account Executive

Job Title: Sr. Business Development Representative Location: North Dallas, TX About BravoTECH: For 30 years, BravoTECH has been a leader in workforce solutions, including IT staffing and project-based work. We pride ourselves on our deep industry knowledge, commitment to quality, and having built a strong brand, especially in the Dallas market. Position Overview: As a Sr. Business Development Representative, you would play an important role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. This position is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is motivated by an uncapped commission structure. Key Responsibilities: New Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT staffing and workforce solution sectors. Event Participation: Leverage BravoTECH’s strong investment in networking events, conferences, and client entertainment opportunities to build relationships with technology leaders and drive new business growth. Some events take place outside of standard business hours. Cold Outreach: Consistently generate new business opportunities through cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and outbound calling to expand BravoTECH’s client base. Qualifications: Experience: A minimum of 4+ years of business development experience in a workforce solutions and/or IT staffing sales related industry. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Motivation: Highly motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Persistence: Comfort with cold calling and the tenacity to pursue leads diligently. Ability for periodic travel, estimated 2 days per month. Hybrid Work Environment: Tues / Thurs at our office located at 18111 Preston Rd, Dallas, TX, and remote work on Mon / Wed / and Fri. Early Friday Program: Opportunity to leave early on Fridays based on the company’s performance for the week. Reimbursement for phone, home internet and mileage.
