Full-Time Lead Therapist / OTR Location: Regal Heights Nursing and Rehabilitation – Flushing, NY We are seeking an experienced Lead Therapist / Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) to join our team at Regal Heights Nursing and Rehabilitation. Key Responsibilities Assist the Rehab Director in overseeing the rehab department, including physical, occupational, and speech therapists, as well as therapy aides. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to therapy staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Assist staff in addressing patient needs, problem‑solving, and modifying treatment programs when necessary. Ensure efficient department operations in compliance with facility policies and procedures. Collaborate with the Rehab Director on scheduling, staffing needs, and performance monitoring. Ensure all therapy staff meet compliance regulations and documentation standards. Maintain a partial clinical caseload as assigned by the Rehab Director.
