Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work seamlessly with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive, well-rounded care.
• Educate Patients and Caregivers: Provide guidance to patients and families on therapeutic techniques to promote ongoing improvement at home.
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure patient advancement.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university
• Encouragement and support for ongoing education or post-graduate certifications

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
