OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

Stratford Manor Rehabilitation & Care Center seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide evidence-based rehabilitative care for adult and geriatric patients. In this role, you will evaluate functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions to improve safety, independence, and quality of life in daily activities. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document progress in accordance with regulatory standards.
