Business Development Manager

Identify, progress and track opportunities with Government clients specially USCIS or CBP Build trusted relationships with key Department and Agency decision makers and executives to promote the client's capabilities and position the company to pursue and win opportunities. Create and deliver effective client presentations that address the specific needs of a client. Develop and execute business development and account plans, coordinating all sales efforts to achieve targets. Support the development of a marketing strategy and actively participate in Industry and Government events and networking opportunities for lead generation. Collaborate with the broader team to support capture and proposal efforts that ultimately drive new business for the company. Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to execute the company’s sales process and achieve growth objectives. Requirements Prior work exp in USCIS or CBP Experience and a successful track record as a Business Development professional in the Federal services market. Experience managing the sales pipeline, forecasting, and closing deals as well as using formal sales capture processes. Experience with relevant acquisition processes, procedures, and laws Strong facilitation and communication skills – both written and verbal Proven record as a team player with strong leadership, problem solving, and decision‑making abilities #J-18808-Ljbffr
