Monarch by Fiber Global is our consumer furniture sub-brand, bringing Fiber Global’s material innovation into thoughtfully designed furniture for everyday living.

We are looking for a Graphic & Content Designer to create high-quality visual content across social media, digital marketing, e-commerce, product launches, and other brand touchpoints.

About the Role

The Graphic & Content Designer will translate established creative direction, campaign themes, and content plans into polished, ready-to-publish visual assets.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused design role. You will be given the overall direction, messaging, and content needs, and will be responsible for developing the visual solution—layout, typography, composition, image treatment, and supporting graphic elements.

The ideal candidate has strong graphic design fundamentals, excellent visual judgment, and the ability to independently turn a creative brief into finished work without requiring detailed visual instructions at every step.

This role supports both Fiber Global and Monarch by Fiber Global , our consumer furniture sub-brand.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Marketing Content

• Create social media graphics, carousels, promotional assets, and digital marketing content.
• Translate content calendars, briefs, and established creative direction into finished visual designs.
• Independently develop layouts, typography, compositions, and supporting visual elements.
• Create educational graphics, infographics, product-focused content, and campaign assets.
• Adapt creative work into different sizes, aspect ratios, and platform requirements.
• Manage multiple ongoing content requests and deliver assets according to the marketing calendar.

Product & Digital Content

• Create product feature graphics, dimension graphics, material callouts, comparison visuals, and promotional assets.
• Develop visual content for product launches and e-commerce campaigns.
• Prepare website graphics, homepage banners, landing-page assets, collection imagery, and product-page visuals.
• Maintain visual consistency across Fiber Global and Monarch by Fiber Global content.

Photography & Image Editing

• Select, crop, retouch, color-correct, and prepare product, lifestyle, and factory photography.
• Composite and enhance images when needed.
• Prepare photography for use across social media, marketing campaigns, websites, and e-commerce channels.

Video & Motion

• Edit simple short-form videos and social media Reels using existing footage.
• Add typography, subtitles, transitions, graphics, and branded visual elements.
• Create lightweight motion graphics when appropriate.

Advanced video production or cinematography is not the primary focus of this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Communication Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, marketing content, social media, and digital work.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, layout, visual hierarchy, and color.
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Experience with Figma or similar digital design tools.
• Strong Photoshop skills, including photo retouching, color correction, and compositing.
• Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing.
• Ability to interpret a brief and independently determine an effective visual solution.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work within a fast-moving content schedule.
• Strong attention to detail and visual consistency.
• Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

• Furniture, interiors, home goods, or lifestyle brands
• Consumer products
• E-commerce
• Shopify, Webflow, Wix, or similar platforms
• Product photography
• Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools
• Motion graphics
• Infographics or data visualization
• Print production

Portfolio Requirements

A portfolio is required.

• Marketing campaigns
• Graphic design
• Consumer-product work
• Product storytelling
• Digital and web graphics
• Photography retouching or compositing
• Editorial or information design

Strong execution and visual judgment are more important to us than job title or years of experience alone.

Candidates whose portfolios consist primarily of UI/UX wireframes or app interfaces without substantial graphic, visual, or marketing work may not be the best fit.

Work Arrangement

This position may be either:

On-site in Indiana or Remote within the United States

On-site candidates are preferred, but we are open to strong remote candidates.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
