Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish positive, trusting relationships with patients through compassionate listening and empathetic engagement.

• Diagnose a variety of mental health disorders using clinical assessment tools and methods.

• Create individualized treatment plans that reflect patient-specific needs, goals, and circumstances.

• Regularly conduct therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families, adjusting treatment strategies based on ongoing assessments.

• Perform continuous evaluations of patient progress and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams as necessary to enhance care.

• Provide referrals to specialized services when required and coordinate care for optimal patient outcomes.

• Document treatment progress meticulously using our preferred electronic health record (EHR) system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT will work with a diverse client base comprising individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds and experiences. Our patients may seek assistance with issues ranging from relationship difficulties and anxiety disorders to more complex mental health challenges such as co-occurring substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
