Responsibilities :
- Daily, Weekly and Monthly reporting as required for Customer Service and for organization.
- Data gathering, analysis and ability to present information.
- Maintain and update documentation.
- Maintain daily metrics.
Qualifications:
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational and project management skills.
- Strong mathematical and analytical acumen.
- Must be expert in Microsoft Office, Power Point and experience in ERP and managing order information.
- Fast paced environment: must be able to juggle multiple priorities and react quickly to business needs.
