What You'll Be DoingAs an Operations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our gym. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the gym to create a welcoming environment for our members.
- Assisting with the setup and maintenance of gym equipment to ensure safety and usability.
- Maintaining restrooms, and common spaces.
- Assist with daily gym operations and facility upkeep.
- Collaborating with the team to uphold Iron City Gym’s reputation as a top fitness destination in Cypress.
We’re excited to bring someone on board who is:
- Must be at least 18.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Friendly and approachable, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Able to work independently.
- Can work during the day and on weekends.
