Location: Noblesville, IN
Schedule: Fully in office, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 (up to $75,000 for an exceptional candidate)
Bonus: Profit Sharing

About the Opportunity

A well-established construction-related company is seeking an Accounting Coordinator to join its collaborative accounting team. This role offers broad exposure to accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing, and inventory accounting, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their accounting career within a stable organization.

Key Responsibilities

Manage purchasing activities and accounts payable processes
Support inventory accounting and inventory-related reporting
Process and maintain accounts receivable transactions
Assist with daily accounting operations and financial recordkeeping
Partner with operations and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial information
Support process improvements and special projects as needed

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, or 5+ years of relevant accounting experience
2+ years of accounting experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

Construction industry experience
Experience working in a fast-paced operational environment
