Overview We are seeking a Loan Processor to manage loan applications and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete throughout the lending lifecycle. This role is essential in maintaining efficiency and compliance. Key Responsibilities File Management: Collect, review, and verify loan documentation. Coordination: Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, and underwriters. Compliance: Ensure all files meet regulatory and internal requirements. Process Support: Track loan progress and follow up on outstanding items. Qualifications Experience: 1–3 years in loan processing or mortgage operations. Skills Strong organizational and time-management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Familiarity with loan systems and documentation. Attributes Reliable and efficient.
