Recruiting Operations Lead: Build AI-Powered Hiring Engine

POETIC

Poetic is hiring its first Recruiting Operations Lead to own and scale the infrastructure supporting a high-volume recruiting operation. You will build out Poetic's hiring process in a rapid-growth environment and own the recruiting technology stack, analytics, and data foundations.

You will leverage AI and automation to improve how the team operates and translate recruiting data into actionable recommendations, driving efficiency across the talent organization.
