Make a difference in students’ lives by providing essential services as a dedicated Occupational Therapist working with K-12 learners for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time contract role is located near Cary, NC, and offers the chance to collaborate with educational teams to support students’ functional and academic growth.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapist license valid in North Carolina
• Experience in school-based OT or with children/teens strongly preferred
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and service providers
• Ability to assess, create, and implement individual therapy plans
• Comfort with K-12 caseloads, adapting approaches to various developmental levels
• Organization skills for documentation, scheduling, and progress monitoring

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to determine occupational therapy needs for academic success and daily participation
• Develop and deliver individualized and evidence-based interventions as part of students’ IEPs
• Collaborate routinely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
• Monitor and record progress, adjust therapy approaches as needed, and provide thorough reports
• Support inclusive learning environments and provide training or strategies for staff as appropriate
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations

This position offers hourly pay between $40 and $50, reflecting experience and qualifications.
