What You'll Do As a Restaurant Manager, you'll play a key role in the daily success of our restaurant by: Leading and supporting front-of-house operations during your shifts. Inspiring, coaching, and developing team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences. Creating a welcoming environment where guests feel valued and appreciated. Assisting with hiring, onboarding, training, and employee development. Managing shift schedules and helping ensure labor goals are met. Responding to guest feedback and resolving concerns with professionalism and care. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and service. Monitoring inventory and assisting with ordering and cost controls. Overseeing opening and closing procedures and cash management responsibilities. Ensuring compliance with food safety, health, and company policies. What We're Looking For 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience. A passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction. Strong leadership and team‑building skills. Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to stay organized and perform well in a fast‑paced environment. Knowledge of restaurant operations, labor management, and food safety practices.
