Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop tailored therapy programs for individuals, conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to identify each client's needs and goals.

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions to remain current with advances in mental health research and practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population primarily consists of individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Many clients have limited access to mental health care services. Your role as an LPC is crucial in providing accessible, respectful, and effective mental health support to these individuals, helping them navigate their concerns and achieve their treatment goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must hold a current and unrestricted state license as a Professional Counselor (LPC).

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience is required, preferably in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 90,000–105,000 based on experience and caseload assignments, which will be tailored to your availability and expertise. Benefits include billing and documentation assistance to ease administrative burdens, along with opportunities for client referrals. We also provide a significant sign-on bonus for new Licensed Professional Counselors joining our team, the details of which will be discussed during the interview process.
