Position: Software Developer
LCAT: Senior
Location: Reston, Virginia
This position is contingent upon award.
Required education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field and 11+ years relevant experience with cloud and net-centric software development Description Nalley Consulting has an opportunity for an experienced Software Developer to support on-going research and development efforts for functional characterization of WMD facilities and their associated design. Requirements:
- 11+ years of experience with cloud and net centric software development
- Demonstrate experience providing scientific computing development support using languages such as Python, Java, Angular JS, etc.
- Demonstrated experience working with container technology (docker / Kubernetes) and working in Agile environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within or lead a team of peers, as well as excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to communicate highly technical analyses at a level comprehensible to laymen and senior-level government representatives
- Ability to clearly express in writing technical analysis results
- Demonstrated ability writing ICD 203 and ICD 206-compliant finished intelligence production
- 10+ years of experience in solving DoD data science problems
- An active CI polygraph
