Accounts Payable Specialist Indianapolis, IN | Full-Time | Hybrid Are you a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves keeping things organized? Were looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing team and help ensure the smooth and accurate processing of our financial transactions. What Youll Do: Process a high volume of invoices with accuracy and attention to detail Verify and reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payments Manage the AP inbox and respond to vendor inquiries in a professional and timely manner Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers Assist with month-end closing and support the accounting team with various projects Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policy and audit requirements ?
