Prior authorization specialist
• Billing Reconciliation
• Able to do compounding technician work; prepare for compounding, cleaning cleanroom as per policy, inventory.
• Capable to understand contracting, applications, accreditation standards, regulatory standards
• Capable to understand and implement compliance procedures under the pharmacist in charge’s direction
• Organized in workflow
• Able to meet deadlines
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multitask
• Professional
• Can answer the phones and maintain relationships
• Ability to anticipate next steps as it relates to his/her job description • Microsoft Office dexterity
• Flexible
• Data entry
• Filling prescription orders
• Assisting with compounding
• Pharmacy hours 9-7 M-F 40+ hour workweek, seldom weekends.
• PTO available
