• Handle inbound customer calls in a high-volume call center environment
• Answer questions regarding prior authorizations, prescription benefits, and general healthcare inquiries
• Accurately document customer interactions and update information across multiple systems
• Research and resolve customer concerns while maintaining confidentiality
• Make occasional follow-up calls to provide updates or additional information
• Maintain quality and accuracy standards in a fast-paced environment
• Manage approximately 50-100 calls per day depending on call complexity

• Minimum 1 year of recent high-volume call center experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Previous healthcare, medical, pharmacy, insurance, or benefits experience highly preferred
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Stable work history with strong tenure

• Monday-Friday
• 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM EST
• 4-week paid training program

• Must be available between 5:00 AM - 10:00 PM, 7 days per week
• A set schedule will be assigned within those operating hours
• Mandatory overtime required during January and February

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plymouth, MI.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
