Salary: $120,000 - $150,0000

Job Summary

Restaurant Associates is seeking a thoughtful and hospitality-driven Director of Luxury Hospitality & Dining Services to lead a premier dining and guest experience program within a prestigious financial services environment.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the culture, service standards, and operational excellence of a brand-new account located in a newly developed workplace. The Director will oversee Executive Dining, Catering, Café, and Retail operations while fostering an elevated hospitality experience inspired by world-class luxury service standards.

This high-profile financial services account combines sophisticated dining experiences with a hospitality-first culture. The operation includes executive dining, catering, café services, and retail food offerings designed to support a dynamic workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Executive Dining, Café Operations, Catering, and Retail Food Services.
• Develop and maintain luxury hospitality standards that create exceptional guest and client experiences.
• Partner closely with client stakeholders to understand evolving needs and deliver innovative hospitality solutions.
• Build, mentor, and support a high-performing team that embraces a culture of service excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue growth, and expense management.
• Ensure dining programs reflect quality, creativity, presentation, and operational efficiency.
• Lead opening and ongoing operational success for the new account and facility.
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and guest-focused environment across all service platforms.
• Drive innovation in food, beverage, service delivery, and workplace hospitality experiences.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company operational standards.
• Collaborate with culinary, operations, and hospitality teams to deliver seamless service experiences.

What We're Looking For

• Experience leading hospitality, foodservice, hotel, club, restaurant, or workplace dining operations.
• Background overseeing multiple service channels such as executive dining, catering, cafés, retail, or premium guest services.
• Demonstrated success managing client relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Experience developing and coaching diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong financial, operational, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to balance high-touch hospitality with operational excellence.
• Experience in luxury hospitality, luxury hotels, private clubs, fine dining, executive dining, or premium guest services environments.
• Experience with account openings, transitions, or large-scale hospitality launches.
• Knowledge of workplace hospitality and corporate dining environments.
• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences through thoughtful service and continuous improvement.
