Telecommunications Solutions CoordinatorThe Telecommunications Solutions Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing enterprise telecommunications, network, voice, mobility, audiovisual, and infrastructure projects across client facilities. This role manages vendor coordination, technology modernization initiatives, implementation activities, and strategic infrastructure planning to ensure the successful delivery of technology solutions aligned with agency objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesTelecommunications, network, infrastructure, and voice modernization projects.Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource requirements.Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.Coordinate project activities across DBHDD facilities and stakeholders.Provide project status reporting to leadership.Infrastructure ModernizationDevelop and manage infrastructure upgrade roadmaps for:Voice Services (VoIP/HVS)Data NetworksWireless InfrastructureFiber and Structured CablingPublic Address SystemsHVAC Monitoring SystemsFire Alarm InfrastructureCisco Endpoint Refresh ProgramsSupport implementation of emerging technologies and infrastructure enhancements.Telecommunications & Voice ServicesHVS/VoIP transformation initiatives.Develop implementation strategies for voice modernization projects.Coordinate site assessments, inventory reviews, equipment staging, deployment, and migration activities.Ensure successful transition from legacy voice platforms.Vendor & Contract ManagementMaintain partnerships with telecommunications carriers and technology vendors.Coordinate vendor deliverables and project commitments.Participate in technology evaluations and vendor selection processes.Monitor vendor performance and contractual obligations.Asset & Infrastructure GovernanceOversee inventory management and reconciliation efforts.Ensure infrastructure assets are properly documented in Asset Management systems.Coordinate technology refresh initiatives and equipment lifecycle management.Special ProjectsAssist in enterprise-wide infrastructure initiatives.Coordinate network integration projects.Support agency strategic technology initiatives.QualificationsBachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.PMP certification.5 years of project/program management experience.Experience managing telecommunications, network, and infrastructure projects.Strong vendor management experience.Experience with VoIP, networking, wireless technologies, and enterprise infrastructure.Required SkillsBachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fieldProject/program management experienceExperience managing telecommunications, network, and infrastructure projectsExperience with VoIP, networking, wireless technologies, and enterprise infrastructureVendor management experience Apollo ITS
