Chief Fundraising & Community Impact Officer

The National Council of Young Men’s Christian Associations of the United States of America is seeking a Chief Philanthropy Officer for the YMCA of Montclair. This leadership role involves developing and implementing fundraising strategies to support the YMCA’s mission, with the goal of increasing annual contributions to $2MM and leading a capital campaign of $20MM. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of fundraising experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to engage with community leaders.
